TMP vs TGS vs CTMP in Victoria
Victoria uses different terms to NSW. A TMP is the project-level plan you lodge with a permit application. A TGS is the scaled worksite diagram inside it. A construction traffic management plan is the umbrella document a council conditions on a larger build. Most Victorian jobs need a TMP with at least one TGS; bigger builds need a construction plan on top.

The TMP is the project-level document; the TGS is the scaled worksite diagram that sits inside it. A job with multiple work phases needs multiple TGS layouts within the one TMP. Victoria adopted "TGS" terminology with the move to AGTTM — if a contractor asks you for a "TCP", they mean a TGS.
